In order to consult you on the contents of the design by e-mail, we will reply later from your order. We present many rough designs and decide a design suitable for your request. We don't do a consultation by telephone and fax.

The presentation of the first design takes about one week. Based on the rough design, we will create some designs. We send the data of the design to you by e-mail. (attached file is format of the pdf or jpeg)

If you adopt the design, please tell us. Since we inform you about payment by e-mail (paypal), please make the payment to us. If you wish modification of the design, we ask you about contents of a change and a modification or a presentation day, etc. A change and a modification of the design is possible again and again. If you reject the design or don't wish a change and a modification of the design or you want to cancel the order, a cancellation fee will be charged. A cancellation fee will be about 1/3 of design fee. Payment is made by paypal only.

After We confirm your payment, the adopted design is made into file ( .ai ) available for editing or print and we send a receipt (.pdf) along with the file by e-mail. We don't do the delivery of the data by CD-R.
