About cancellation of service after an order
We start design work after consulting with you. When you cancel before presentation of the first design, a cancellation fee will be charged. A cancellation fee will be about 1/3 of design fee. If you cancel an order before we do consultation, a cancellation fee won't charged. Please be careful.
